It's run down, steeped in dust, heating sucks, mattresses look infested with disease, and the management will try to steal your money when you leave or transfer your contract. Park Place should be torn down and condemned and their management sued for defrauding poor college students. —67.148.137.129

2012-10-26 14:57:44   That previous comment was for the older management. New management is great, and they own a dozen other complexes. Place isn't bad, ward is great, really close to campus, and management is now pretty dang good. —69.169.151.32
