Moline Township facilitates several programs and services for residents. The township office is located at 620 18th Street, Moline. It is open Monday through Friday, 9am-12pm and 1-4pm.

The township offers general and emergency assistance for residents who need temporary financial assistance and are not eligible for other government assistance. It also offers help with governmental forms, bus tickets for students and job searchers, a back to work clothing program, a winter clothing program, temporary handicap placards, free notary service, and voter registration. A regular newsletter also updates residents on many other programs in the township. Recent examples include health and nutrition programs, card clubs, a father/daughter dance, and much more.

The township also keeps an updated calendar of events on its website. During the summer, there is a free weekly concert in the park series held at 7pm on Mondays in Stephens Park (620 18th Street, Moline). Food is sold from 5:30pm until it sells out, and attendees are asked to bring a lawn chair or blanket. The Summer 2016 series flyer lists bands from June 6 - August 1.
