Pizza can have a lot of ingredients. You have to buy a lot to use a little. Then you have to make and roll out dough. It's better to make it yourself, but far easier to buy and have delivered. One of the things you might want to do is join a Buy Bulk Club, to get wholesale ingredients at a great price.

    It should not be that hard for you to make and sell pizza. But it is. The problem is that even a vacant lot starts at a quarter-million. There is literally no place you can go to try a start-up venture. You'd have to be a genius to figure out a way around that one. That's where a Wiki comes in. It's a place for those brilliant ideas.

    Here's an idea used in other parts of the world: outdoor wood-fired beehive ovens to make all sorts of breads, pizza included. Flatbreads, for example, sold at the roadside. The startup costs are low. Here in Trenton, some businesses use a BBQ built into the back of a trailer. You can also imagine a lighter-weight beehive oven on a trailer, built-in. Making you mobile. A mobile catering + delivery service. Some one calls for a pizza, you show up, they select what they want on it, you bake and leave.

       Or, you use your backyard outdoor oven, take the order live on facetime or iphone so they can talk and see, bake and deliver. You can choose to run dinnertime hours only. At a smalller scale suitable for teens or anyone else who does not have a truck, is the construction of small electric vehicles.

    You know about ebikes. This is an ebike kit built under a trailer that attaches to the back of a regular pedal bike. Thumb throttle on the handlebars. Unhook the trailer when you don't use it. Range 70 km, able to carry a load as big as a lawnmower. Certainly large enough for local deliveries including pizza. Build it yourself. Have your parents help you. Make a plan. Have them invest directly in your life and future. Get help by joining a Small Electric Vehicle (SEV) manufacturing group. 

    Buy bulk, make & bake, eat & sell. DIY, family & friends. Backyard ovens & local SEV delivery. Catering. Mobile oven & grill trailers. Baked bread & sandwiches. Mobile Burger BBQ and grilled veges.
