Founded in Buies Creek, North Carolina in 1977. Owner Billy Williams relocated to Raleigh's Tryon Hills shopping center in 1978. In 1986, Williams opened the current North Raleigh location, closing the Tryon store in 1988.
Boondini's is a no-frills lunch counter known for it's sandwiches and it's fresh soups.
