Ever since Machupicchu Peruvian Cuisine opened its doors in 2011 in a North Raleigh strip mall, this 48-seat restaurant has served fresh Peruvian dishes presented by the very personable Chef Gloria and her husband Victor. The News & Observer and Indy both gave this restaurant favorable reviews in recent months.
