If you want a sweet and frozen, but healthy treat, Moonberries is a great place to go!  It has a family friendly environment, so bring your kids and have a great time.  Moonberries is a self-serve yogurt bar with tons of flavors and toppings.  The yogurt is reasonably priced, being weighed at the end, so you have control over the cost.  They have quite the selection of flavors ranging from tart, creamy, non-dairy, and sugar free, which are frequently changing in the store.  After piling on the yogurt, there is an array of healthy toppings such as organic granola, fresh fruits, and yes, candy.  Moonberries makes you want to just let loose and have fun when you walk in the bright yellow and green colors.  One great thing they do is give a 15% discount if you eat at Tomato Jakes, a neighboring pizza restaurant, and then come get some yogurt.

Yogurt has many nutritional values because it is made out of milk product that is enhanced with live cultures.  The yogurt helps strengthen the immune system, prevent digestive problems, lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, and prevents infection.  It is also a great source of calcium and potassium.  The yogurt served at Moonberries is also Kosher Certified.
