The Moore Square District is a Downtown Raleigh business district that gets its name from the urban park bounded by Hargett, Blount, Martin, and Peterson Streets, called Moore Square.  It's considered the city's hub for cultural arts and entertainment.  It's also home to one of downtown Raleigh's historic legacies, City Market, which is located just south of Moore Square.
