Octavia Rainey is a Southeast Raleigh community leader and activist known for her candid, outspoken manner. She has been active in local politics for over two decades. She has served as chairperson of the North Central CAC. In February of 2011, she launched a TV interview program on St Augustine's WAUG-TV.
