• The neighborhood has miles of sidewalks, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a sand volleyball court and a children's playground.
• We are close to Lake Wheeler, Lake Johnson, the State Farmers Market and Downtown Raleigh.

• Need retail options within the neighborhood to make it a true "walkable" community.
• Need improvements to roads for safety - Tryon Road and Chapanoke entrances to the community are dangerous.
