A small but popular take-out-only restaurant located in a strip mall in Southeast Raleigh on Rock Quarry Road, immediately east of its eastern crossing of Interstate 40. Operated by its namesake and proprietor Arthur Fields, Ribs by Art also offers catering services. Specializes in pork ribs, but serves a variety of other menu items as well.
