Trailwood Knoll is a single-family home neighborhood in southwest Raleigh encompassing 72 homes. There is one entrance to the neighborhood off of Lineberry Drive. It is close to N.C. State University, I-40, and the Farmer’s Market. The neighborhood is governed by its by-laws, covenants, and architectural guidelines with authority given to the HOA Officers and Board Members. The neighborhood was established in 1987.
It is also part of a greater neighborhood surrounding Lineberry Drive called the Lineberry Alliance.
