Welcome to the Triangle Wiki!

The Triangle Wiki is a community edited and maintained website for the Triangle region in North Carolina, USA (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). Feel free to look around, read, and learn interesting facts about our region. When you're ready, jump right in and start editing! To do so, you should create a username/password, and then you can share your own knowledge about the Triangle.

We try to make editing very easy (no special knowledge required) and there are few rules (do not add copyrighted content or obscene content, and write from a neutral point of view instead of promotional, among them).

Here are a few starting points:

• Visit the Front Page and bookmark it in your browser for subsequent visits.
• Visit a random page just for fun.
• Visit the Introduction page
• Enter a search term in the field in the top right corner; if the page does not yet exist, go ahead and create it!
• Click on People (top left corner of every page) and see a list of notable local people as Wiki contributors
• Visit the main page of Raleigh, Cary, Durham, or Chapel Hill. If something is missing, create a page and add a link to it.
• To start a discussion with other contributors, visit our facebook group.
