1595 N. Sierra Street

This park covers more than 600 acres in northwest Reno, south of McCarran Blvd and west of Sierra Street.  It has many features such as the May Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, the May Museum, the Great Basin Adventure, a huge dog park, wetlands, many grassy areas and a number of nature trails. Many events take place in this park throughout the year, with the Great Reno Balloon Races being one of the largest and most popular.
