Located on Lakeside Drive, Yoga Loka is a well-established studio in Reno that incorporates many different types of classes. Kim Orenstein owns the studio and she also offers nine month teacher training certification courses during the year. Yoga Loka hosts different workshops as well, including, but not limited to, yoga basics, mindfulness yoga, gong meditation and yoga for osteoporosis. Yoga Loka also has unique classes such as prenatal yoga and yoga for those who think they can't do yoga. The studio also sells yoga mats and beautifully crafted mat covers along with other yoga accessories.
