WaterFire
WaterFire is a unique Providence arts experience created by Barnaby Evans in 1994. Floating braziers anchored in the area surrounding the confluence of the Moshassuck and Wanasquatucket Rivers hold fires tended through the night by boat. Visitors stroll the river walks, enjoying the hypnotic effect of fires in the river set to an eclectic soundtrack of early classical and world music.
