Richmond City Council Member Martin Jewell

Martin (Marty) Jewell is currently serving as the Richmond City Council member from the 5th District.

Biography

Outside of the Council, Jewell is a business owner with a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Virginia Union University.

Career

Tyler was elected to the City Council in 2004 and serves as a member of the Health and Human Services Committee, Governmental Operations Committee, and the Organizational Development Committees. He is an alternate on the Finance Committee.
