Bailey now owned and occupied by the said Albert Young, bounded on the main river by high water mark and on the remaining sides at the distance of ten feet from the said shop, as the said tract of land is and extends, together with the said shop and all the machinery and apparatus, water privileges and appurtenances, thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining […] ».

Libby and measured on a right angle therefrom Easterly eleven feet and eight inches at the termination of which I have planted a bound of stone endwise in the Earth with pieces of earthen ware thereunder thence on the said division line from the canal parallel with the Easterly side of the said shop at the distance of eleven feet and eight inches as aforesaid, distance from the Canal to the Road on the West end seventy feet, distance from Canal to bound fifty nine and one half feet, from bound to road ten and one half feet, thence on the said of the said Road from West to East, one hundred and one feet and three inches to the division bound between the said A. Young and Carlos F. Haskell as per Deed […], thence at a distance of ten feet from the stairway mentioned in the said Deed to the said Canal being forty two feet seven and one half inches from said road to said Canal, thence adjoining the said Canal to the place of beginning […] ». Le lot est vendu pour la somme de 200 dollars.
