And also the right to the said lessees of erecting a Shed in the rear of the premises hereby leased, and to be of a suitable width for a Store Room, and further the right of digging and excavating a cellar under the Rooms hereby leased and under the shed so to be erected as aforesaid […]. That should the said lessees vend or sell vinous or spirituous Liquors, on the premises hereby leased, they shall not sell or retail the same by the Glass, or in less quantity than one Pint at any time, under penalty of forfeiture of the present Lease ».
