Haselton Brothers & Co., reçu le 5 juin 1896 : « Articles of agreement made, concluded and agreed upon this sixth day of May 1896 between Herbert Henry Haselton of Beebe Plain, Que., Stone Cutter, William Monroe Haselton, Stone Cutter of Glines Corner, Que., John Charles O’Leary of Glines Corner, Stone Cutter, and Mrs. Elizabeth A. Haselton of Glines Corner, widow of the late J. H. Haselton, Stone dealer, under the name, style and firm of Haselton Brothers & Company. […] [They all do agree] to become co-partners together in the art or trade of dealing in and manufacturing of marble and granite for monumental and other purposes […] from the above mentioned date for and during, and unto the full end and term of two years […]. And to that end and purpose each of the aforesaid mentioned parties this day delivered in stock the sum of two hundred dollars, to be used laid out and employed in common trade between them for the management of said trade […] ». Haselton, all four of the Township of Stanstead […], Marble and Granite Manufacturers, hereby certify that the partnership heretofore existing between us as Manufacturers of Marble and Granite at the Village of Beebe Plain […] under the name, style and firm of “Haselton Brothers & Co.” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent ».
