Stanstead Journal, Jan. 27, 1927: “Telford Factory Wiped Out”

  • Telford Brother Co., located near the track, just below the passenger station.
  • Open spaces on all sides of the building, located on the street corner with vacant lots on two sides.
  • One line of hose was laid across the track from Passenger Avenue extension; two lines from Railroad Street
  • S. B. Telford : Sole proprietor since his brother Roy A. Telford was killed in the Great War.
