Résumé : Vente d’une partie du lot no 1 du 9e rang du Canton de Stanstead : « …one equal and undivided one fourth part of that certain tract or parcel of land […] beginning at the distance of four feet West of the North West corner of the Mill dwelling House so called, and extending from thence Southerly to the center or middle of the River on said lot, thence Easterly up the center or middle of the said River, the exact distance of sixty feet, East of the South East corner of the said Levi Spalding’ Grist Mill on said River, at the middle of said River, thence Northerly in a Straight parallel line to land formerly owned by one Harris Way now by Ozro Morrill, thence Westerly along the South line of the said land formerly owned by Harris Way as aforesaid, now by the said Ozro Morrill, to Canal Stream, thence still Westerly on A. Lyon’s South line and continuing Westerly to a point opposite the place of beginning […] [together with] the equal and undivided one fourth part of the said Levi Spalding’s Right to the dam belonging to said Grist Mill and the right and privilege of taking Water from the said dam […] ».
