Alexan Midtown is a large luxury apartment complex located across the street from the Sacramento Food Co-Op on the corner of S and 31st. It features roughly 400 studios, one and two bedroom apartments and townhouses. It's first residents moved in sometime in early 2010 and was completed late 2010. It includes fiber-optic wiring for fast Internet and has on-site security.
