2011-01-24 22:41:25   Hi, I am the person who created this business. I am NOT related to the owner and I did not receive monetary compensation for this review. I used Bob twice, once back in October when I moved to my new house. Being first time homeowner, Bob rekeyed my entire house and programed my gargage door. He was reliable, prompt in responding to my request, and friendly. He provided great customer service that I called him again yesterday, Jan 23 to help me with another key issue. He came out right away and only charged me a flat fee. He could have charged more, but he didnt. I appreciate this kind of honesty especially in this tough economy that I decided to create this business posting to share my positive experience with others. 2011-01-25 20:44:13   I called Bob yesterday to come out and change some locks on my house today. Once Bob arrived he informed me, that I didn't have to change the locks, just have them re-keyed. He re-keyed 4 locks for me. Only charged me $60. I didn't think about my garage opener, and he suggested I reset it as well. I was not charged for that. He was profesional, and showed up on time, and he waited about 20 minutes on me, because I was running late. I was very pleased. Hard to find good service, and good rates in one company. —BrianBowen

2011-08-18 16:35:09   I called Bob yesterday evening when I got locked out of my home. He got to my house about 20 minutes after I called and unlocked the door right away. He even took the time to make me a spare house key for no extra charge. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that he had to drive from Sacramento to Davis well after business hours. 2011-09-04 13:23:54   I called Bob after finding that he had the best reviews online. Bob is based in Sacramento, but had no problem driving out to Davis. He called to let us know he was running late, which I really appreciated. Once he got here he worked very fast and efficiently. He charged us a flat fee which he did not increase even after re-keying four more locks than expected! I will definitely call Bob if I need a locksmith again and I strongly recommend him to everyone! —AndreaL
