The commission provides recommendations and advice to the City Council and the Department of Parks and Recreation on policies, projects, and other matters pertaining to parks, recreation, trees, and human services affecting the City of Sacramento referred to the Commission by the City Council, the Director of Parks and Recreation, the community or members of the Commission.
- Meetings are held monthly no fewer than 8 times a year. Time and place TBA. Meets monthly on the first Thursday at 7:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Hearing Room of Historic City Hall at 915 I Street.
