| Senator Steinberg's official biography |
Darrell Steinberg represents the 6th Senate district, encompassing the cities of Sacramento, North Highlands, Citrus Heights and portions of Elk Grove, Rio Linda, Carmichael and Rancho Cordova.
He runs the Passport to Summer and Your Future information fair every year and recently, the Sacramento Volunteer Fair.
He used to have a district office in North Highlands in addition to his district office (at 1020 N Street) across the street from the State Capitol, but closed it for budget reasons.
