Frank Fat's (part of the Fat's Restaurants Group), in downtown Sacramento, is an upscale Chinese restaurant with a beautifully appointed dining room and bar, combined with a unique seasonal take on Chinese and Chinese-American dishes. The bar serves many fancy cocktails making this a nice establishment for a 21st birthday dinner. This restaurant is one block from the state Capitol and is known for politicians coming to make deals, possibly in smoke-filled rooms.
