My name is Jennifer E. Thomas and I am a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the Sacramento region of Northern California. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I offer counseling for couples, families, individuals and children with relationship issues. I specialize in counseling for parents struggling with kids with behavioral problems and couples in need of more effective communication skills. I can provide my clients with better tools and ways of managing all different types of relationships. I work within a cognitive-behavioral approach to maximize the benefits of therapy. I also offer counseling for an array of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, fear and anger.
