History
Lily's Sizzling started as an idea of helping others cook healthy foods. The chef; Lily, used to cook for her friends and family. All would praise her cooking and tell her to open a restaurant or watch her cook the meals. She would instruct them on what she was doing step by step. From this background she figured to start a cooking show where she could intake recipes all over the world and make healthy and fresh renditions before the viewer. In January 2011 she started this and the show has taken off with thousands of viewers and is now on Channel 18 in Sacramento. The cooking show is made and produced in the Arden-Arcade community and is filmed locally in Sacramento County.
