Sadly, due to the economy, Sacramento Brewing Company closed for good on October 18, 2009. George and Sarah Irwin posted an explanation of the close at their website. Assistant brewer, Peter Hoey, has gone on to open the new Odonata Beer Company with Rick Sellers.
