Target is a big-box retailer that's seen as a trendier version of Wal-Mart
In November 2007, the retailer announced that it would bulldoze its 115,000 square foot Broadway location and replace it with a two-story structure, with 160,000 square feet of floor space. However, they have canceled their plans.
The Broadway location used to be a Gemco department store.
