Acquire A Cappella is a singing group comprised of UCSC students. In 2009 they gained national attention when their video for I'm On A Boat received over a million views on YouTube. In 2013, the group gained more attention with the release of a new video of Sail which they arranged from the original by AWOLNATION. The group also sponsors the annual a capella event Acquirefest, held at the university.
