The Brookdale Cafe & Grill was also known as the Pancake House & Grill, or simply as the Brookdale Grill. Near the end of its operation, the restaurant served American and Mexican items seven days a week, and experimented several times with a weekly East Indian buffet service. The Cafe was located on the premises of the Brookdale Inn & Spa.
