The Bonny Doon Studio Tour or DOONART Studio Tour is a map guided tour of the studios of participating artists working out of Bonny Doon. Artists scheduled in the event in 2021 include : Karen Asherah, Steve Baranowski, Bud Bogle, Linda Curtis, Ed Dickie, Suzanne Elliott, Kim Fulton-Bennett, Joan Hellenthal, Nancy M Howe, Roy Holmberg, Tessa Hope Hasty, Nancy Jarvis, Patty King, Sage Lee,  Mattie Leeds,  Linda A. Levy Eileen Murray, Laurus Myth, Dyann Paynovich, Michael Singer, Raf Strudley, Eunice Van der Linden, Rachelle Weiss, April Zilber , 

This Bonny Doon event / group was started in 2010 in a collaboration between local artists, spearheaded by Kim Sterling and Linda Levy.  We have hosted as many as 30 artists in the past.  Last year, in 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, our mountainous area suffered severe fires as part of the CZU fires that ravaged our area. 911 homes were lost in Santa Cruz county, zero in San Mateo county and more than a few of these were local artists/homes/studios. This year, we are "rising out of the ashes" to reinvigorate this event - 24 artists in 12 studios will be providing demonstrations, displays of their diverse artworks, and providing inspiration to all their visitors. The tour is still FREE and open to the public.
