East Cliff Drive

East Cliff Drive (or East Cliff for short) runs East-West from the intersection with 41st Avenue until it runs straight into the Small Craft Harbor. You'll have to go across the harbor (via Murray Street) in order to be able to continue on East Cliff Drive from the west side of the harbor. The road ends at the intersection with San Lorenzo Boulevard/Ocean Street.

Bike-Friendliness

There is a short section of East Cliff Drive (next to the San Lorenzo River) between Murray Street and Jessie Street cross streets where you will have to share the roadway with automobiles (NO bike lanes). Other than that, it's a bike-friendly street with bike lanes, but watch out for drivers who are paying more attention to the scenery than to the road!
