2011-12-25 08:18:56 HOPE (Helping Our Peninsula's Environment) is the group that stopped the aerial spraying of pesticides, including Checkmate, on our Monterey Bay cities by filing the successful CEQA lawsuit. The City and County of Santa Cruz joined in filing an essentially identical lawsuits soon after. —173.245.64.196
