International House of Pancakes, better known as IHOP. The restaurant serves breakfast throughout the day along with an American style lunch and dinner menu.
This building was constructed (About 1973) for Bumbleberry Family Restaurant. They specialized in pies. Bumbleberry Pie was on the menu (Bumbleberry is term for a mixture of berries). In Capitola, Bumbleberry Family Restaurant closed in 1977.
Later it became Tiny's Restaurant. The only 24-hour restaurant between Watsonville and Santa Cruz. The owner of Tiny's died while the restaurant was being sold. Because of this, it was closed for a long time.
