King Chwan has to be the best Chinese Restaurant in town. It is not the best Chinese food in the world, but compared to their other adversaries in town, I must say, eating at King Chwan is a delicacy. The artwork, food quality, smell and atmosphere are not more appealing at any other Oriental restaurant in Santa Cruz. Try a side dish of Mongolian beef and you will know what I mean. The best part is they have lunch specials where if you buy more than $5 or $10 more of food, they will just gorge your more and more. You won't walk out of this restaurant empty handed (or empty stomached). This restaurant is highly recommended to any avid consumer of Chinese Food.
