NOURISH is a relaxing and rejuvenating wellness center located in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz that empowers people to discover the best of themselves.
In their sunny yoga loft they have five wonderful yoga instructors who teach a variety of classes on a regular schedule, seven days a week. In addition, they also offer one-on-one individual yoga sessions by appointment with their most experienced teacher and co-owner Victor Dubin.
Their peaceful massage room is currently home to five amazing massage therapists, offering a variety of modalities, that are sure to ease your aches and pains. At $69 a month for regular massage, they offer an unbelievable deal!
Covering your nutritional needs their nutritionist, registered dietitian and co-owner, Jocelyn Dubin, is available to provide personalized nutrition consultations in her private office. Jocelyn also does home visits, professional presentations for companies and non-profit organizations.
They have many happy members who visit daily for their dose of relaxation and healing practice and also provide a much needed refuge to visitors of Santa Cruz, who can stop by and revive themselves in this tranquil haven.
