Formerly known as Kragen Auto Parts, is an automotive parts and accessories retail chain.
O'Reilly Auto Parts acquired CSK Auto, Incorporated (1917 - July 10, 2008), the parent company of Kragen Auto Parts, in July 11, 2008. The conversion of the Kragen Auto Parts stores to O'Reilly Auto Parts was completed in October 11, 2010, when all remaining Kragen branded inventory was depleted. The exterior signage was replaced when the sign contractor makes it way through the area.
