The Santa Cruz Farmers' Market sells much more than fruits and vegetables; meats, free-range eggs, sprouts, mushrooms, bread, pastries, free-trade coffee, fish, preserved goods, chocolate, Indian food, tofu, nuts, dates (the fruit, but hey, it's a social place, so who knows what else you'll get!), dried fruits, flowers, potted plants/herbs and cheese are all commonplace. All of the vendors come from around Santa Cruz and neighboring counties.
