Scotts Valley Middle School (SVMS), a member of the Scotts Valley Unified School District in Santa Cruz County, is nestled in the foothills of Scotts Valley. It lies just over Highway 17, the gateway to Silicon Valley. The middle school serves approximately 620 students from the communities of Scotts Valley, San Lorenzo Valley & Santa Cruz.
