Built two years after Cloud 9 (the restaurant across Highway 17) was opened, the Summit Inn was a restaurant with outdoor seating and about 3,400 square feet indoors. It closed in 1997. It was vacant for over a year. In 1998 it was sold and became Lindsey's.
