The Summit Kitchen was a commuter friendly themed restaurant, offering "Take-Out Ready" meals, take and bake pizza, and hot dogs and sausages. The meals could also be eaten inside the restaurant or outside on the patio with the famous view. There was also a florist on site.
After this place closed, it became Summit Shack.
Former businesses in The Summit location include Summit Roadhouse, Deer Creek Restaurant, and Summit Inn.
