The Sunset Restaurant is one of Chaminade Resort & Spa’s two restaurants. Diners can chose to sit inside the Sunset Restaurant or on the terrace to take advantage of the exceptional view.
Executive Chef, Beverlie Terra, brings a refreshing perspective to her menu. Working with local farms, menus are created around local seasonal offerings and feature fresh, local produce and feature sustainably raised meat and seafood.
The Sunset Restaurant’s Sunday Champagne Brunch was voted Best Brunch in Santa Cruz and is truly a can’t miss. Served buffet style, the menu offers everything from blueberry stuffed French toast, an omelet station, roasted artichokes, carving stations and a wide choice of mouthwatering deserts. The menu includes a variety of choices for children.
