2011-11-05 03:33:35   They're NOT OPEN TILL 3AM like they have advertised! Additionally, if you come in within 25 min till closing their priorities switch to them having enough food to feed their friends. No Joke. I went in tonight about 30 min ago, which was awesome because I had called them a week before and the lady on the phone was all excited about the fact that they were going to be serving food until 3AM on FRI & SAT from now on, which made me pretty excited as well. So, with this new knowledge that I had acquired, I went down to Surf Dog for a Philly Cheese Steak at about 2:30AM tonight. But, when I got inside they told me "oh sorry dawg, were uhh like closing or whatever, and we only have enough steak for our friends and stuff." So, I asked, "Really?? You can't serve a customer a cheese steak, but you can use the 4 cheese steaks that I see cooking on the grill as we speak for your friends??" I could not believe that they were all sitting there, (with at least 2 people who were NOT employees) behind the counter cooking their own meals (presumably free of charge) ...and could not serve a willingly paying customer a meal, because they had used all of the meat to serve their friends. It wasn't like the sandwiches were already cooked and they were eating the last of the sandwiches....they were still putting the rest of the meat on to grill as i was trying to order. WOW GET YOUR DAMN PRIORITIES STRAIGHT SURF DOG. ...and DON'T ADVERTISE BEING OPEN UNTIL 3AM IF YOU TURN CUSTOMERS AWAY BECAUSE YOUR SERVING YOUR FRIENDS AT 2:30AM. —108.194.42.102
