2010-07-25 11:52:46 I have been eating the duck noodle soup and Thai fried rice for lunch snacks for years at the Thai Noodle House on Mission Street. The dishes have always been fresh, light and very tasty. I recently visited Duangjai and Alan Sachsel's second restaurant, the Thai Village in Scotts Valley, and tried Duangjai's favorite dish (I asked her), the green papaya salad made with Thai ocean crab. I wanted it just the way that Duangjai would make it for herself. It came out filled with fresh and varied flavors, with red Thai chilis used abundantly, half a dozen fresh vegetables and small red and black ocean crabs from Thailand. A very special and unique dish that is not on the menu. Ask for the green papaya salad done like Duangjai likes. Boogie Boarder George —24.130.117.152
