The Tree Circus Center is a two-story, 6,000-square-foot retail and office building, and it is the area’s first "green" commercial building. It is named after Axel Erlandson's Tree Circus, the historic tourist attraction which used to be located partially on the property. Two of the original Circus Trees still exist; one is in the fron of the building, and the other, behind it.
