Uncommon Brewers is a new organic brewery that uses Belgian brewing techniques combined with west coast brewing innovations. They brew three varieties: Golden State Ale, Siamese Twin Ale, and Baltic Porter. Currently their beer can be found at River Street Cafe & Cheese Shop and 515 Kitchen And Cocktails.
