UNIVERSITY NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY was the full name. It was started May 13, 1980 in Palo Alto, California. It came to Santa Cruz in 1991. It was known to have ads that added "Other times by appointment only." to the regular hours of 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. (Few took that claim seriously.)
In March of 1996 it was acquired by Comerica Bank.
