In 1993 the federal government levied civil monetary penalties against Western Family National Bank. By August of 1994 the owners decided to end the banking business and liquidated the bank. A voluntary cease and desist order was filed December 29, 1994.
Headquarters were located 2333 State Street , Carlsbad CA.
